For ten years, Dan, Cathy, Florence, and Jack Petzing were the proprietors of Jack Daniel’s Restaurant and Pub, a popular “hole-in-the-wall” steak and seafood restaurant on the northern end of Irondequoit Bay.
In August 2002, Dan and Cathy decided to take their successful formula to a new location. With the help of their children, Mark, Scott, Stacy, and Michael, they transformed a spacious Victorian home and ballroom dance studio into one of the best steak and seafood restaurants in upstate New York. The old-world, Irish charm of Shamrock Jack’s runs through the European-style back bar, hand-crafted booths, and warm, inviting dining rooms. |

The menu at Shamrock Jack's is composed of original recipes created by Chef Dan Petzing. Premium-grade steaks in a variety of cuts are prepared with a unique grilling process that locks in flavor and natural juices. Fresh seafood, including lobster tails and a variety of baked and breaded delicacies, and a wide variety of chicken, pork, and pasta dishes round out the delicious dinner menu.
A lively luncheon menu features a wide range of fresh-baked New York City deli favorites, creamy seafood bisque and other delectable soups, an array of salads, melts, and wraps, tasty appetizers, and many of our famous steak, chicken, and seafood dishes. And don't forget about our pub menu, which offers late-night munchies to enjoy at your barstool or in one of our hand-crafted booths. |
